Orders

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.

Once an order enters processing, we can’t modify or cancel it. Please review your cart, shipping address, and contact details carefully before placing the order.

Shipping

Yes. We ship to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and many regions in Asia. Transit times vary by destination and service level.

Yes. Standard free shipping is available in most regions with an estimated delivery of 8–22 business days. Faster paid options may be offered at checkout.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for damage claims (include photos). If a parcel is detained, we’ll assist and reship when applicable—or arrange a refund if you prefer.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first for approval and instructions before sending anything back.

If we sent the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or has significant quality issues, we cover 100%. For change-of-mind returns, cost is shared (~70% us / ~30% customer) and the item must be in resellable condition.

Product Care

Avoid drops, keep it dry, and apply a small amount of lubricant if it feels stiff. Clean with a soft cloth lightly moistened with alcohol to remove residues.
