All our trainers and practice tools are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our assembly and quality-control facility in China. Each order is typically processed within 2–5 business days, with tracking information provided once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 7–12 business days (standard estimate)
  • UK & Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 9–16 business days
  • Asia (Japan, Singapore, South Korea, etc.): 5–10 business days
Standard free shipping (most regions): 8–22 business days.
Please note delivery time may vary due to holidays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

Shipping Information

To ensure safe delivery and reduce risk of breakage, some stems or parts may be slightly bent or secured during packaging. Simply adjust after arrival — this does not affect appearance or use.
